Best Company to work with

I just had my windows and sliding glass door installed on 5/17/2021 and I am in love with how they turned out. My fiancé and I love the installation guys and the job that they did. They were very mindful of our two dogs when installing all of the windows, making sure that they did not run out of the house. They were clean and respectful the whole way through. Were very reasonable price wise and I honestly could not be happier!

New Windows

Six months ago we hired Greco Roman to replace about one-half of our remaining 30 year old original windows. We liked the work and the company so well that we hired them again to replace the remainder of our original windows. The windows have been expertly installed and add a new beauty to our home. We like the Greco Roman firm and its employees very much. They are easy to deal with, highly professional, responsive to our needs and reasonable in cost. Most of all, their work is top notch. Many window replacement firms simply place the new window in the ragged hole left from the old window removal, and cover the irregular opening with a plastic flange around the perimeter of the new window. Greco Roman actually repairs the dry wall and plaster to seal around the new window and restore both the exterior and interior instead of just covering it up. This is a much better method and it takes more work to do it correctly. We appreciate their approach to doing the job right.

We have owned 2 houses, and Greco Roman Construction remodeled both extensively, simply because there has never been a reason to call anyone else.

Greco Roman Construction has always exceeded our expectations because George Drakatos treats our home as if it were his own. When our previous house needed a full roof replacement, I called George, only to ask if he could recommend someone because I didn’t think he did roofs. That was the first of many times when George said we can do that, and he was the lowest of 3 bids.

Over the years, I have lost count of how many times I’ve heard George say we can do that, to the point where my first and only call is to Greco Roman Construction. You know the old saying about how you can have the project done 1) on time, 2) with the highest quality, or 3) on budget – so pick any 2. Well, with Greco Roman Construction, I feel I get all 3 options every time.

George is always on-site (usually singing), the project is kept clean, and I’m kept in the loop about any construction or design issues. In our previous house, Greco Roman’s work included: Removal and replacement of the tile flooring throughout 100% of the house (closets, everywhere); Removed and replaced shake roof with 30yr shingle (repaired wood underneath where necessary); Filled in sunken cement floor areas in living room and master bedroom and made level with rest of floor; Replaced exterior doors: Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms (back to bare walls, new cabinets, counter tops, appliances and walk in shower with matching tile); and Complete exterior paint.

In our current house, Greco Roman Construction has completed: Extensive roof repairs and leak fixes to tile roof; Replaced air conditioners and conduit; Full kitchen remodel (back to bare wall, new cabinets, counter tops, appliances); Installed all new windows to dual pane; Repaired previous ceiling leaks and damage (cut into walls, fixed pipes, repaired sheet rock); Added walk in closet, moved interior wall and door, replaced trim; Remodeled upstairs bathroom (new cabinets, counter tops, bathtub and sliding glass door); Remodeled master bathroom (new tile floor, removed old jacuzzi tub, added new walk in shower with wet & dry area, new cabinets, counter tops, mirror); Replaced / added LED ceiling lighting throughout house; Complete interior and exterior painting; Pool remodel (pool chip out, pebblesheen resurface, removed rock fountain, poured new pool deck, recoated pool deck, built 10×10 spa with tiled edge, new pool & spa pump & equipment, installed custom 12ft pool slide with ladder & water pump); Backyard remodel (graded yard to make more usable, installed raised patio of pavers, steps, lighting, added grass, new sprinklers, plants & trees).

George helped us create literally a new house. His suggestions from room layout, structural design, to finishing, trim and paint color made our house perfect. George has the highest standards for the finished job. He gets it right or makes it right. That’s pretty rare these days!

Got a quote from this company for most of the windows in our house. Price was half what at least one other quote from a heavily advertised company was. Windows did not ship from factory to this company until almost the outside of the rough estimate of when the windows would be installed. They called the day before having the installers come to install the windows which I thought was kind of tight scheduling. But all the people doing the install, to the painter, to the salesman/owner, and the project foreman/owner were all great! Will definitely keep their number!
